- Consultancy
We offer rapid, effective and comprehensive advice to help IT teams and provide expert consultancy at the highest level including business best practice, technology architecture review, system design and specification and emergency system failure resolution. Our consultancy services range from single day consultancy through to ongoing support.
- Development
Our specialist knowledge of client integration, business process and data management requirements allows us to specify and create custom Microsoft based solutions for organisations in all market sectors. We utilise the sequential 'waterfall model' of software development, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, integration and support. This ensures we work to precise specifications and defined functional requirements and can meet project milestones, deadlines and budgets.
- Implementation
We have a wealth of experience in implementing advanced .NET, SQL Server, SharePoint Server and BizTalk Server solutions. Our flexible approach enables us to deliver full project implementations or to support internal teams with specialist skills.
- Training and Mentoring
We provide training and mentoring in key Microsoft applications and bespoke systems. Geoff Ballard is a 20-year veteran consultant, trainer and author in Microsoft technologies, and delivers SQL Server 2008 R2 Programming training courses and SharePoint 2007 and 2010 Administrator courses for Learning Tree International.
- Support
We provide a full ongoing system maintenance services tailored to meet individual client requirements, including telephone, email and on-site support. We deliver to an agreed SLA and can provide support for systems we deliver or existing client systems.
- Hosting
In partnership with Rackspace Hosting, we provide a fully managed Windows hosting service on a shared or dedicated hosting basis. The benefits to clients are zero capital investment, pay-as-you-go scalability and award-winning SLA and uptime guarantees.
