The Rewards Communications System integrates and delivers personal reward information securely to individual staff users, such as salary, bonus, stock option and pension figures, as well as flexible benefits. As well as the Total Reward System, Ballard Chalmers has supported Caburn Hope in the delivery of a variety of communications systems, including interactive CD and USB delivered solutions. We also provide consultative support at corporate senior management level to enable Caburn Hope to deliver technology based communication solutions. The Caburn Hope Total Rewards System is a completely bespoke .NET business process system designed and developed by Ballard Chalmers. All systems are managed and supported by us, with hosting on dedicated server systems at Rackspace Hosting.
